Billing & Payment
Payment methods
All payments are processed by Stripe. Accepted methods include:
- ·Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- ·Local payment methods where available (determined by Stripe based on your region)
Invoices
Stripe automatically sends a receipt to your registered email after each charge. You can also download PDF invoices from Dashboard → Subscription → Billing History.
Refund policy
- ·Annual plans — Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
- ·Monthly plans — No refund once more than 50% of the monthly quota has been used
- ·Erroneous charges caused by system errors are refunded within 24 hours — contact support with your transaction details
Cancel subscription
Go to Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then your account reverts to Free. All your data and article history are retained.
Change payment method
Go to Subscription → Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can update your card details.
Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails (e.g. expired card), you'll receive an email notification and Stripe will retry within 3 days. If all retries fail, your account downgrades to Free — your data is preserved and you can resubscribe at any time.
