Brand Profile Setup

A Brand Profile tells the AI who you are, who your audience is, and how you want to sound. Once configured, every article generated for that site automatically follows these guidelines.

What's in a brand profile

  • ·Brand Name — Your brand name, used correctly throughout articles
  • ·Brand Description — A 2–3 sentence summary of your product or service
  • ·Target Audience — Who you're writing for (e.g. "small business owners in the US")
  • ·Brand Voice — Tone keywords (e.g. "friendly, expert, no-jargon")
  • ·Keywords to Avoid — Words or phrases to exclude (competitor names, sensitive terms, etc.)
  • ·Competitor Domains — Domains the AI should never link to in your articles

Set up your brand profile

  1. ·Go to Sites → select your site → Brand Profile
  2. ·Fill in each field
  3. ·Click Save Profile

All future articles generated for that site will automatically apply this profile.

Brand analysis (auto-fill)

Not sure what to write? Use the Analyze Brand feature: enter your website URL and the AI will scrape and analyze your site's content, then auto-fill most of the profile fields for you.

Tips

  • ·A specific Brand Description produces more differentiated content than a generic one
  • ·Adding competitor domains prevents the AI from inadvertently promoting rivals
  • ·Update your profile whenever your brand positioning changes
