Understand how your articles are performing in search and use that data to continuously improve your content strategy.

Article quality score

Every article's preview panel shows a quality score covering:

  • ·SEO Score — Based on keyword density, heading structure, and Meta completeness
  • ·Readability — Sentence length and paragraph structure
  • ·Word Count — Actual count vs. target range

Connecting Google Search Console

Coming soon — once connected, you'll be able to see directly in RankWriting:

  • ·Impressions and click-through rate (CTR) per article
  • ·Keywords the article is actually ranking for
  • ·Traffic trends over time

Tracking published articles

In the Posts list, every published article shows:

  • ·Publication date
  • ·Target keywords
  • ·Live WordPress URL (click to open directly)

After publishing, submit the article URL to Google Search Console's URL Inspection tool to request faster indexing.

Performance expectations

  • ·Expect articles to appear in Google's index within 1–2 weeks of publishing
  • ·Stable rankings typically emerge within 1–3 months — this is normal
  • ·If an article hasn't gained traction after 3 months, use Enhance to refresh the content, or consider building external backlinks to it
