Article Editing
Generated articles aren't set in stone. RankWriting gives you several ways to refine and improve content after generation.
In-preview editing
On the preview page, click any paragraph to enter edit mode. You can:
- ·Rewrite text inline
- ·Adjust headings
- ·Delete paragraphs
- ·Insert custom HTML
Click Save to apply changes — no re-generation is triggered.
Regenerate a section
Not happy with a specific section? Click the Regenerate button on that section and the AI rewrites only that part, leaving everything else untouched.
Edit meta information
The right panel in the preview page lets you directly edit:
- ·Meta Title
- ·Meta Description
- ·Target Keywords
Changes sync to WordPress automatically when you publish.
Enhance article
The Enhance function improves the full article without rewriting it — the AI will:
- ·Add missing transition sentences
- ·Improve heading CTR
- ·Refine keyword distribution
Re-generate from scratch
If the whole article misses the mark, click Regenerate on the Posts list page to generate a new version using the same parameters (or adjusted ones).
