Multiple Sites
How to add and manage multiple WordPress or Shopify sites under one account.
RankWriting lets you manage multiple sites under a single account. Each site has its own brand profile and publishing configuration.
Add a new site
- Go to Dashboard → Sites → Add site
- Choose your platform (WordPress or Shopify)
- Follow the connection wizard
The number of sites you can connect depends on your plan. See Plans & Pricing.
Switch between sites
When generating an article, use the Target Site dropdown to choose which site to publish to. Each site's Brand Profile is applied automatically.
Per-site settings
Each site can be configured independently:
- Brand Profile
- Default post category and tags
- Default author
- Publish status (Published or Draft)
Disconnect a site
Go to Sites → select your site → Settings → Disconnect. Disconnecting removes the publishing link but does not delete your article history.
Notes
- A single WordPress site cannot be connected to multiple RankWriting accounts simultaneously
- If a connection breaks (e.g. after a password change), the site will show as Disconnected — just reconnect to restore it
